Austin started as a Biologist & Biochemist before moving to Charlotte in 2012. After buying and selling personal homes, and maintaining an investment property, his wife encouraged him to explore Real Estate further. His personality was a bit constrained in lab, so he put his analytical skills to being the best Realtor he could be. In 2015 he was named the Rookie of the year for his office, and has continued to grow and earn awards for production every year.
Austin loves to teach and make sure his clients know exactly what they are trying to achieve. He believes that it is not only about finding the right home, or selling a home for the right price, but also planning to make sure it is the best decision for the future. He enjoys helping new buyers find their first home, helping families transition from one home to the next, and even aiding homeowners who simply want to sell and move on.
Austin owns and maintains multiple investment properties, and uses this experience to help investor clients. Whether it be finding new investment properties, marketing rentals to find tenants, selling rental inventory, or upgrading through the use of a 1031 Exchange, he has the experience to help you achieve your investment goals.
Austin prides himself in quick and clear communication, and the education needed to make the best choices. He will help you prepare for the process, and keep in touch and guide you through every step of home buying and selling. Whether you are looking for your first home or your last, he is ready to assist you!
